RAF Feltwell is looking to procure aggregate materials to build a mock runway. The materials needed are as follows: -Engineered Fill Material -Graded Crushed Aggregate -Concrete -Hot Mix Asphalt -Prime Coat -Tack Coat Request for Aggregate materials BPA establishment. The contractor shall provide construction materials if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative, during the period specified in the clause below entitled “Effective Period.” Purchases (which may be referred to as calls) made thereunder may be written to include: Hot-mix asphalt, concrete, graded crushed aggregates, engineered fill material, and prime and tack coats for asphalt in accordance with the approved price list and SOW when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period specified. Calls may be made electronically or orally. The purchases shall reference this agreement. Such calls shall include a description of the supplies or services being ordered; delivery scheduled; prices; final inspection and acceptance of items delivered under this agreement and shall be at the specified destination of delivery place of inspection and acceptance.
