The 31st Rescue Squadron at Kadena AB, Japan is requesting a service for personnel, management, materials, equipment and facilities necessary to educate, familiarize, and provide hands on training in order to turn every Mountain Team Member to Mountain Operator and every Mountain Operator to Mountain Team Leader IAW AFMAN 10-3507 critical task list. The course will be for 12 individuals for 5 days covering cold weather/snow and ice training IAW the SOW. The place of performance needs to be in the country of Japan as to not take away from 31 RQS's unit training schedule and USINDOPACOM alert manning status.
