The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform operation and maintenance that includes management and minor repair, unscheduled work, by providing the contactor-furnished materials, of Refuse Incinerator Plant, building 1526 at Yokota Air Base in accordance with operation manuals of manufacture, Japan Environmental Governing Standards and common commercial practices pursuant to the local law.
