Amendment 0001 (Posted 21 June): This amendment reschedules the site visit to 25 June @ 1300 and extends the proposal due date by 1 week, from 25 June to 2 July. Requirement: 773 LRS is requesting the following work to complete the installation of a Phillips Scales scale purchased in FY18. This project will allow for the full installation and use of said scale. Contractor shall complete wiring of scale and components required to hang the scale digital display; to include wiring of scale and components of for interior conduits and exterior conduits on building. Coordination and communication between Phillips Scales personnel and vendor is crucial for completion of this project. Please refer to Attachment 1_Statement of Work for full details on the work required. Site Visit: A site visit will be held at the Movement Control Center (BLDG 865, N Warehouse St, Anchorage, AK 99505) on 25 June 2021, 1300 AKST. All contractors wishing to participate in the site visit shall provide the following information for individuals attending the scheduled site visit to obtain base passes: Company Member: Name, Phone, Email, Driver's License with State and Date of Birth or Copy of Driver's License. Provide the information to SSgt Tyler Norris at tyler.norris.1@us.af.mil no later than 23 June 2021, 1600. Questions are due NLT 28 June at 1600 Hrs. Magnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204(a) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimate dollar value of this project is less than $25,000. Unfunded Requirement Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
