This NOTICE OF A SOLE SOURCE AWARD is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C); The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611 and the Business Size Standard is $16,500,000.00. The Acquisition Management and Integration Center, 300 Exploration Way, Hampton, Virginia, 23666 awarded a sole source task order to acquire the services necessary to provide support for the AOC and AFFOR Division Support requirement. The Government awarded a Firm-Fixed Price sole source bridge task order: FA489022F0068 to ITA International, LLC, 700 Tech Center Parkway Suite 202, Newport News, VA, 23606. This task order modification will provide subject matter expertise and technical support to assist ACC/A5C to lead and manage the AOC and AFFOR modernization and sustainment tasks until a new contract is in place. The modification will have a base period of 3-months (1 Jan 2023 - 31 March 2023 and two 3-month option periods of performance from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2023.
