Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This procurement is for genuine Polaris OEM parts for MRZR vehicles used by the 820th Combat Operations Squadron, as aftermarket substitutes are unsuitable. The work requires an authorized Polaris vendor with specific expertise to cross-reference UK part numbers for the U.S. supply system. The award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, evaluating Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted by a specified deadline. Offerors must be registered in SAM and should submit their best pricing, as the Government intends to award without discussions.
