This Bridge Action is to extend the current Moody AFB COCESS contract an additional 6 months. The COCESS provides CES personnel and Facility Managers to purchase quality materials, tools, and equipment used for work tasks, construction, recurring preventative maintenance and repars. This action is necessary to avoid unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements. See attached J&A.
