This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW FAR, DFAR, AFFARS and all other related guidance. The solicitation number is FA481925Q0021. The contractor will provide the Megger Testing Equipment IAW the attached Statment of Work. Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 10:00 A.M. CST, July 23, 2025. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov. Contractors shall submit all quotes by July 28, 2025 @ 1:00 PM CST electronically by emailing the Contract Specialist, SSgt Benjamin Spear at benjamin.spear.1@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, Matthew Lahr at brandon.skinner.2@us.af.mil, and with the subject line "FA481925Q0021 - Megger Testing Equipment Quote".
