This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct market research to determine the availability and capability of small businesses capable of providing rubber surface replacement under static aircraft’s at Tyndall AFB. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990. Responses to this notice shall include the following information: 1. Company name, address, phone number, e-mail address. 2. NAICS code and certification of business size. 3. CAGE code and Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS). 4. Business size and type. In addition, the respondent is requested to provide a brief capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform the work in accordance with the requirements that are fully defined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The capability statement is limited to 10 pages. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The website is https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. All information contained in this sources sought announcement is preliminary, subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Air Force to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. Interested sources should submit responses and/or questions no later than 27 August 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time.
