In accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2(b)(1), the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process shall be applied. Award will be made to the vendor who is deemed responsible, responsive, and represents the best value to thegovernment based on selection of the lowest evaluated price that is deemed technically acceptable. Please see the attached COMBO dated 10 Dec 24 for further details. This requirement has a lead time of 52 weeks. The goverment has the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Used or refurbished multi-directional fork-lifts will not be accepted. The nonmanufacture rule is waived for this requirement. The contrainer dimensions that the Multi-Directional Fork-Lift will be lifiting is as follows: ISU 90s 108 inch Length x 88 inch Width x 91 inch Height Bicons 10 ft Length x 8 ft Width x 8 ft and 6 inches Height Tricons 8 ft Length x 6 ft Width x 8ft and 5.5 inches Height Any questions pertaining to the requirement must be submitted by 26 Nov 24, 1000 MST.
