Update CLIN structure to reflect pricing for ea. room. 3. Add CLIN 0003 for a re-sampling cost for an individual room 4. Add attachment 4 and Attachment 5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 7th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for contractors capable of performing mold Assessment meeting all requirements out outlined in the Attached SOW. E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: 1.Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ *or Contractor’s equivalent (must contain all information applicable with page 2 of this RFQ). 2.Technical approach to meet all key areas as outlined in the SOW. 3.All Applicable Licensing/Certifications.
