To clarify proposal instruction and evaluation information, an amendment has been created to the original solicitation FA466124R0011. Additionally: PSC code has been changed to H180 and Section A title has been revised to resealing and restriping to avoid any confusion. AMENDMENT 0001: The following information are updated: 1. PSC is changed to H180- Quality control - Brushes, Paints, Sealers, and Adhesives 2. Section L has been added 3. Section A title has been changed to 7 AMXS Bldg 5110 Resealing and Restriping 4. All other information remains the same. Project Title: Parking Lot painting BLDG 5110 Project Location: BLDG 5110 The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace, Sweep, Fog Seal, and repaint/replan parking lot stripes for bldg. 5110 North-side parking lot. Please see attached SOW. The Government non-mandatory scheduled site visit and it will be held on 08 July 2024 at 09:30 AM CST. The Contractors are required to RSVP by 07 July 2024 by 03:00 PM CST by email to SrA Esther Cadena at esther.cadena@us.af.mil. The Q&A are due 17 July 2024 at 03:00 PM CST. The proposal is due no later than 2:00 PM CST, 22 July 2024.
