The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, labor, studies, management, travel and other resources necessary to construct an approximate 800 square feet prefabricated secure area within Building 7206. This Secure Area’ shall meet the criteria set forth in UFC 4-010-05 and the most current Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705. The Contractor selected to construct this prefabricated secure area will ensure that upon completion of the project the proposed secure area will perform to the intended level and meet the required accreditations. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. Since this project is a secure area, the Contractor shall only allow US citizens to work on it. Each individual shall be vetted and comply with all the requirements associated with a secure area construction project. Pre-Proposal Site Visit. There will be a MANDATORY pre-proposal site visit for this requirement on 15 June 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. Offerors are required to attend this mandatory pre-proposal site visit to be able to submit a proposal. Offerors are required to email 2Lt Tate Elie at tate.elie.1@us.af.mil AND MSgt Michael McDaniel at michael.mcdaniel.7@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 AM CST on Monday, 13 June 2022 to coordinate base access for the pre-proposal site visit.
