The circumstance permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Quoters must be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) at the time of quote submission. Quotes from AKS Industries, or any authorized reseller of the required items, shall be effective through September 30, 2024.
