Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB) has a requirement for one (1) Security Cash Cage. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement of this product is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 332323-Ornamental and Architectural Metal Work Manufacturing, and a standard size is 500 employees. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. For further details about the requirement, please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) document attached. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein. Reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an Offeror ineligible for contract award. Site Visit A site visit will occur 12 December 2023 at 10:00 AM PST.
