Offutt AFB is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals. Government facilities are not available for the preparation of meals. Meals shall be prepared off-site and delivered ready for consumption in individualized containers. Catering, or serving meals, is not required. Orders placed against established BPAs may require delivery of cold or hot menu items to include an individual beverage. Cost of delivery must be included in the quote. Individual orders will identify the specific delivery dates, meal type, quantity, and delivery location.
