The Reservation System will provide a heightened level of service for all customer in the reservation process of Fitness Center. The system shall allow staff to assign reservations within the Offutt Fitness Center, Sports Fields or Fitness Assessment Cell. The reservation system will provide the Fitness Center with a reservation system that will be used to schedule mandatory Official Air Force Fitness Assessments, manage customer reservations, schedule service appointments, conduct point of sale and Inventory functions and allow customers to remotely see their reservations.
