The government is requesting proposals of maintenance and inspection services for Man Lift equipments on the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. (See Solicitation/Pricing Sheet in the attachments : file name: Solicitation_Pricing Sheet - FA448421R0019) The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to repair and maintain continuous and safe operations of man lifts located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The scope of performance includes, but is not limited to: the preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing and certification of man lifts in accordance with (IAW) all local, state, federal laws / regulations and applicable American Society of Mechanical Engineers / American National Standards Institute (ASME / ANSI) codes and manufacturer's requirements in a manner that shall ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall maintain records of any preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing, and certification conducted on man lifts. This Request for Proposals shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current federal acquisition circular. This action is being procured under NAICS code 811310 Commercial and industrial machinery repair and maintenance services and related small business size standard – $7.5M. The solicitation is a RFP and is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management in order to do business with the government.
