The contractor will provide the following: -Troubleshooting to solve the issue of no voltage registering on the meter/digital screen. -Provide parts list for order for repair -Contractor will be responsible for travel to/from site, lodging, per diem, troubleshooting cost. The contractor must travel to Travis, AFB to site address above and perform troubleshooting. Contractor must be able to gain entrance on the Air force base. Contractor will troubleshoot, Simplex Load bank (Trident 1k). Once contractor identifies parts needed for repair if under $10k CEMIRT will GPC. Currently the unit will power on both with internal and external source. Unit will not show a Voltage AC on the screen on any of the phases. It’s believed that there is something wrong within the circuit card/logic board. Contractor will be responsible for all associated travel costs, Flights, rental cars, background checks (if needed), hotels, per-diem, etc. Contractor must contact POC’s below to coordinate a time to perform troubleshooting.
