COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 & 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4418-20-Q-0013 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Attachment 6 - Pricing Sheet is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation in Section J and shall be used to submit pricing. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, Effective 3 June 2020. (iv) This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $7.5 million. (v) Contractors shall submit a quote for hoods and duct cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), see Section J. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. A fixed price contract is contemplated.
