All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. If the Government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date. A debriefing on the results of this sources sought notice will not be provided by the Government. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to identify small businesses capable of providing Youth and Intramural Sports Officials. This includes umpires for Baseball and Softball as well as Referees for Basketball, Volleyball, Flag Football and Soccer. Vendors capable of providing some or all of the capabilities listed are encouraged to reply to the Contract Administrator and Contracting Officer listed in this notice. All interested contractors shall submit a capabilities package demonstrating an ability to meet the stated requirements. Please include in your capabilities package the following: Company Name Address Point of Contact Telephone number E-Mail Address CAGE Code Web Page URL (if available) and Small business size certification if applicable Brief summary of relevant projects All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be awarded a Department of Defense contract. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 711219 and the small business size standard is $12M. Prospective contractors are cautioned to ensure that the proper NAICS code appears in their SAM record. Contractors responding to this notice shall confirm that they are a small business and identify their participation in any small business socioeconomic contracting program(s).
