This is a presolicitation notice synopsis. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL, intends to make a single award for Mess Attendant services with a 10 month base period from 1 June 2021 through 31 March 2022; and four (4) 12-month option periods from 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2026. This notice is not a formal solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Mess Attendant and contingency cook services at two main dining facilities, The Reef and The Riptide. Specific tasks include food preparation; service of food; replenishment, replacement and removal of food serving containers; cleaning and sanitizing of dining room tables, chairs and benches; cashier services; housekeeping/custodial services of both dining facilities; waste management; grounds maintenance around each facility; and equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with manufacturers instructions. This notice is not a formal solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services.
