The following changes will be ammended into the solicitation: * Date Offers Due from 18 July 2025 to 22 July 2025 1pm CDT. * CLIN 0001 from 12 inches to 24 inches in diameter. * CLIN 0002 from 24 inches to 36 inches in diameter. * CLIN 0003 from 36 inches to 48 inches in diameter. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared by 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin AFB, TX in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number "FA3099-25-Q-0006, Tree Removal Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA)" is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The award shall be made under North American Industry Classification System code 561730 with a small business size standard of $9.5M. This acquisition is 100 Percent Small Business Set- Aside and will hereby be solicited as such. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This purchase will incorporate one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Also, the full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at this address: www.acquisition.gov. Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The quote format shall match the line items as listed above, with a monthly unit price and total line-item price. Include FAR 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offer Representation and Certification with Offer. No telephonic or facsimile responses will be processed. An optional site visit will be offered on an individual basis upon request. Site visits can be requested.
