The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offer or for any costs. This requirement is to upgrade the existing system by adding a redundant server and refreshing the existing server to meet redundancy requirements in Emergency Communications Center (ECC) and Alternate ECC IAW Statement of Work, Brand Name Letter and NFPA Standard 1221, para 9.2.1.5. Sheppard AFB currently has a Motorola Solutions Fire Station Alerting and software and Must Deliver and Install within 90 Days of Award. Only Authorized Motorola Distributors who are Small Businesses May Submit Quotes to perform the upgrade. Period of Performance will be Base, Plus Four 1-Year (FSA) system. The upgrade and expansion of the existing FSA system must utilize Motorola Solutions FSA hardware Option Periods, 30 September 2020 - 29 September 2025 to provide Advanced Plus Extended Warranty, Technical Support and Maintenance.
