The solicitation number is FA3016-24-Q-0122 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective date 05/22/2024 and DFARS change notice 05/30/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. Description of Product: High Pressure Washer and Trailer has the following characteristics. Hot water pressure washer needs to have an on-board heating plant to heat water that is to be used in its application to aircraft parts and surfaces. This hot water pressure water requires a trailer or vehicle towable cart of some kind to be fully mobile for periodic delivery from a particular storage location to the aircraft wash station and back. A trailer or mobile cart should include on board 100+ feet of high-pressure water hoses (2) and reels (2) to reach targeted areas, large capacity water tank between 150 – 250 gallons, pressure washer plumbing, ball valves, high pressure trigger gun with wand and nozzles and the unit should include a clean out filter/system.
