The purpose of Amendment 02 to solicitation is to provide vendors with the Government's Duck Pond's as-built, schematics, and drawings for the current system. The purpose of Amendment 01 to solicitation is to revised Attachment 5 - Q and A adding Government responses to contractor questions received and to extend Due Date for Contractor's quotes on the RFQ. The 502d Contracting Squadron (CONS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, TX. 78150, has a requirement in support of ARNORTH Quadrangle – Fort Sam Houston (FSH). The requirement is to repair, service, maintain, and restored the Quadrangle (Building 16) duck pond filtering/pumping system to 100% operational status, located at Quadrangle (Building 16) on Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Contractor is provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to support this requirement.
