In addition, the due date is extended to 27 April 2021. The Weapons Testing Facility (WTF) located on JBSA-Lackland Chapman annex for use by the USAF Gunsmith Shop (GSS) has been unserviceable due to a loss of communication between the HVAC system and the BACnet control panel. The government has a requirement to repair the weapons test facility by replacing the control panel with a new LCD panel and having the BACnet system and programing updated and/or replaced. The contractor shall provide all other labor, materials, and expertise required to bring the system back online and restore overall functionality
