This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Solicitation number FA301621Q0105 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 2. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 07-12-2021 (In accordance with CON-IT and Clause Logic Service). 3. The applicable NAICS code is Number is 337920 - Blinds (e.g., mini, Venetian, vertical), all materials, manufacturing. This requirement will be a competitive small business set-aside. Description of Requirement: The 502nd Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the replacement (removal and installation of new) Window Shades for Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph’s East & West Air Traffic Control Towers. Remove existing ATCT window shades in east and west ATCT on JBSA-Randolph. The window shades are to be delivered and installed within 60 calendar days from issuance of award. 6. FOB Destination. Under FOB Destination, price of shipping shall be included in item prices. The installation of new ATCT window shades (must be conforming to Federal Aviation Administration Specification, ATCT Transparent Plastic Window Shades) (Section 12 24 12 dated 23 October 2012) in East and West ATCT on JBSA-Randolph The Justification and Approval for the brand name can be found at Attachment 3.
