This acquisition is being issued as a HUBZONE Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Tuesday, 1 June 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CST. In order to attend this site visit, you must send your information to the point of contact listed in 52.236-27 even if you already have base access; this site visit requires transportation to the site via bus and this will ensure there is room for you. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data. Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award.
