Keesler Air Force Base is seeking to repair a JLG Articulating Boom Lift (Model # E400AJP // Serial # 0300105386) in accordance with Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). 2. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the minimum requirements in the SOW and will be most advantageous to the Government based on price. Minimum requirements are defined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). Multiple awards will not be made. 3. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management Database (http://www.sam.gov) prior to award of a contract. 4. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. §§6701-6707, this requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute. Therefore, the wage Determination will be applicable for the county in which the service will be performed. For your reference, the current Wage Determination has been provided (Attachment 2) and can be found at http://sam.gov/content/home. 5.
