The Visitor Management System kiosk must: -Perform NCIC and Interstate Identification Index (III-criminal history) vetting to determine fitness -Have biometric facial matching of kiosk picture compared to picture on state-ID or state DMV photo, or passport. -Use physical validation of state-issued IDs and passports to determine fraudulence ***must include maintenance, replacements, and training*** The handheld devices must have meet or exceed these specs: -Versatile Android based handheld platform designed for a range of mobile authentication use cases -32GB Storage + 4GB RAM -Power: Removable Li-ion battery, 4620 mAh, 17.1 Wh, 8 hour operation -Camera: 13 MP autofocus with flash LED, Front: 5 MP Fixed Focus -Smart Card: ISO 14443 and 7816 (CAC, PIV, TWIC, FRAC) -Fingerprint Reader: 500 ppi, TFT FAP 30 PIV certified single finger sensor -Operating Temperature: -4 degrees Fahrenheit to 122 degrees Fahrenheit (-20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius) Period of Performance: 120 days
