Brief Description of Work: This requirement is to provide custodial services at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA), Facility 28001, located near Jupiter, Florida for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. This requirement includes providing all personnel, equipment (mops, buckets, brooms, and buffer) materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at JDMTA; in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and base policies. All services performed must meet the prescribed standards stated in the Performance Work Statement.
