When trying to add data an error would occur. The Government has fixed the error, and therefore is attaching an updated version: 3IS III Attch 13 PECP v3.0. This is not an amendment to the Solicitiation since the Solicitation to include Attachments have not changed. NOTE 1: Submission for Phase I and Phase II proposal is still 7 March 2023 at 1400 MT. NOTE 2: For earlier posting, please refer back to FA2518-22-R-0023. 13 Feb 2023: Amendment 0002 The Government received a 2nd set of Questions / Comments from Industry submitted on 30 January 2023 on 3IS III Solicitation posted 23 January 2023. As a result, the Government issued Amendment 0002 as follows: The purpose of the amendment is to: 1. Administratively change Attachment 1, 3IS III PWS, and Attachment 15, Section L, Instructions to Offeror. 2. Submission remains unchanged at 7 March 2023, 1400 MT. 3. All other documents to include the Solicitation FA2518-23-R-0007 and attachments listed under Section J remain unchanged. Based upon the above, the Government is posting the following updated documents: Consolidated Q&A from Industry version 5.0 which includes 2nd Set of Q&A from RFP received on 30 Jan 2023, 1st Set of Q&A from RFP received on 30 Jan 2023, Q&A received on 15 Oct 2022, and Q&A received June 2022. As a result, the Government is hereby changes the 3IS III Solicitation as follows: Amendment 0001 to Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III Solicitation Posted on 23 January 2023. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Change 3IS III Solicitation No. from FA2518-22-R-0023 to FA2518-23-R-0007 to include all attachments references listed under Section J. Offerors shall submit their Phase I and Phase II proposal under new Solicitation No. FA2518-23-R-0007. 2. Change the Solicitation, Section J, Attachment 1, 3IS III PWS; Attachment 2, 3IS III DD254; Attachment 9, 392 CTS PWS; Attachment 15, Section L, 3IS III Instruction to Offerors; and Attachment 16, Section M, 3IS III, Evaluation Criteria. 3. Extend the submission date to 7 March 2023 at 1400 MT. 4. All other attachments listed under the Solicitation, Section J, remain unchanged.
