The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract without discussion. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested herein and a written solicitation will not be issued 2. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid until 1 October 2022. 3. Description of Requirement: See full specifications in section 14. This is an equipment only solicitation. Installation of the transformers is NOT a part of this solicitation. 4. Delivery: 180 days after contract award 5. This requirement solicitation is UNRESTRICTED under NAICS code 335311. 8. Rejection of Quotation: Failure to demonstrate compliance with all required documentation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussion. 11.
