The Contractor shall provide all materials, parts, tools, labor, equipment, and shipping required to perform repair and calibration of one (1) ea. RF (Radio Frequency) Signal Generator (Part Number N5183A, Serial Number SG50140098) for the 402d Electronics Maintenance Group (EMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. These repair services are available from only one source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. These unique services are available from only one source with uniques capabilities. Keysight Technologies, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and directed source for the VDATS MESS 005 Kit per Technical Order (T.O.) 51V9-1-5-1 in which this generator is a part of that is installed in the VDATS RF Bay. Technical Order 33A1-8-2000-2 manual is the T.O. for the N5183A RF Signal Generator and Keysight does not have any other authorized company to service the RF Signal Generators.
