AFSC/PZIOB at Robins AFB, GA is contemplating an award for 78 ABW Command Post. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, software, software licenses, supplied, transportation, tools, materials, non-personal services necessary to perform the specified installation and sustainment of the new system. The new system shall be connected to existing ancillary equipment such as radios (UHF, VHF, and HF). The C2 system will provide secure, user connectivity to the console that is not dependent on a user's Common Access Card (CAC). The C2 system shall be scalable to facilitate future system installations. The C2 system shall be Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) capable including a redundant communications server with redundant power supplies and hot-redundant LAN interfaces. The C2 system shall include a VoIP capable dispatch capability, crisis management dispatch, and other associated telecommunications hardware and software. The new system must also provide for ground-to-air, radio-to-wire phone patch, conference calls, and Secondary Crash Net (SCN) a dedicated relay line for dissemination of emergency situations that are critical to the safety and security of airfield/flight operations. This network environment shall be configured for 24x7 operations and must include built in redundancies to maximize network availability. The C2 system shall connect to the existing OpenScape Voice host system located at HQ AFRC, Robins AFB, GA. Vendor will provide training on new system software after system installation. Contemplated period of performance August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022.
