The scope of this work is to provide maintenance and repair services for Infrared Heaters on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, diagnostic equipment, and supplies, and is responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment for the Infrared (IR) Heater units located within Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) as outlined within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes, including any supplements or revisions, manufacturer’s instructions, and industry standards.
