The purpose of this amendment is to reschedule the site visit from Thursday, 17 September 2020, at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) to Friday, 18 September 2020, at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) due to inclement weather. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the upgrade of the primary workstation and server to the base’s access control systems in Bldg 929 to support 22 buildings and 657 card readers, the installation of an alternate workstation in Bldg 834, and the installation of a backup server in Bldg 800, all located on Maxwell AFB to enhance the base’s overall security. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2X3B20241AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
