The Contractor shall provide one JCI (Johnson Controls Incorporated) currently factory certified technician onsite at Building 1201 (145 Randolph St, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731) Central Plant for 16 hours on consecutive days once a month for a total of 12 months. The Contractor shall perform programming, graphics, and repair of front end issues, calibrate metering in accordance with (IAW) manufacturers’ specifications of all sensors, controllers and actuators as directed by the government Central Plant Supervisor and Central Plant Engineer technical representatives.
