Space should meet building specifications in compliance with all federal, state, and local ordinances. The industrial/warehouse space and fenced vacant land should be in general proximity to one another. The lease term desired is 1 year with included renewal options and is intended with a 30-day termination right for the Government subsequent to the end of the initial lease term will be included. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. The tenant shall have the right to use the space beyond normal working hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays. The lease shall be subject to the availability of annually appropriated funds. Note that this is a request for information only, not a solicitation for offers. Sources for space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
