This project will replace all outdated Mechanical and Refrigeration equipment and systems at the Defense Commissary Agency, Fort Buchanan (DeCA-FB), Puerto Rico (PR). This includes the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, condensing units, Unit coolers located in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping. Replace outdated HVAC systems and equipment, including air handlers, chillers, condensing units, dehumidification units, and controls, as needed. The project will also update the interior décor.
