There is no solicitation document available. This is a Notice of Intent of the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO-MS) Contracting Office to issue a contract using 8(a) Sole Source procedures to Nakupuna Solutions, LLC, Cage Code 81GP1, for Airspace Information Services at Camp Shelby, MS. The NAICS Code is 488111, with a small business standard size of $35 million. In accordance with FAR subpart 19.8 and DFARS subpart 219.8, the Small Business Administration (SBA) District Office of Washington, DC has authorized the UPSFO-MS Contracting Office to negotiate directly with Nakupuna Solutions, LLC for an 8(a) Sole Source award. The purpose of this contract is to provide advisory and procedural control of aircraft operatiion within R4401 and to perform AIC and management services for Mississippi Army National Guard Camp Shelby Range Control's Air Information Center in order to provide for the safe transit and operations within Camp Shelby's Restricted Air Space R4401. The ultimate goal is to mitigate safety hazards existing within R4401. These hazards include but are not limited to: vertical hazards of direct and indirect weapon systems, congested air space consisting of fixed wing/ rotor wing/ unmmaned air systems and mitigatijon of weapon danger zones utilized by the same. Continious tracking of utilization is required which allows annual reporting to the Federal Aviation Administration.It is in the best interest of the government to acquire the service using 8(a) Sole Source procedures and to determine the price fair and reasonable based on Contract W9127Q-16-P-0128.
