This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses to provide the required products and/or services. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Deputy Commander for Cyber Engineering and Digital Transformation (SEA 03) is seeking information for potential sources for provide Headquarters level review services in support of executing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process at NAVSEA. All component organizations of NAVSEA are required to submit their RMF requests through NAVSEA Headquarters (SEA 03) for review before being evaluated by the cognizant Security Controls Assessor (SCA) or Authorizing Official (AO). NAVSEA requires contract support to conduct these reviews and manage the overall flow of the reviews through NAVSEA to the appropriate approval authority.
