This Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity is for a sole source Firm Fixed-Price task order modification under the Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract (GCSMAC) to V2X (Vectrus) to extend the Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) services for an additional seven months. It is intended to support the GAC operation at the Navy Aiea-Halawa Shaft (NAHS) when governmental approvals are obtained to reactivate the well.
