Commander of Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) has a requirement to procure Autoclave maintenance and repair services at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). This solicitation is a follow-on to contract award SPE4A8-19-P-0014, previously awarded to AMERICAN AUTOCLAVE CO., INC. (CAGE: 0RUT9) The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, and quality control, transportation, inspections, and original manufacturer manuals necessary to perform the Maintenance and Repairs of the three (3) Autoclaves (“A” 702018, “B” 97-12832, and “Small”13520) as required in the included Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications, and the included Performance Work Statement.
