The Regional Health Contracting Office Pacific at Fort Shafter, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price, non-personal services indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for Clinical Laboratory Testing for COVID-19 at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), USAMEDDAC-Korea. This requirement is for an ordering period of 1 October 2020 – 30 September 2025. Required qualifications for clinical laboratory testing services includes but is not limited to: (1) Accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). (2) A web address for the test results to be checked. The website URL shall begin with https://. (3) Couriers/drivers should have a car/van with functioning A/C. This vehicle will be utilized to transport the laboratory specimen within temperature-controlled coolers. (4) Minimum three (3) years of clinical laboratory experience. The proposed acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621511 and the annual size standard is $35.0M. The solicitation will be available on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or around 10 July 2020. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
