The United States Census Bureau (USCB) is currently in the market research stage for a web-based help desk ticketing system to serve the Demographic Systems Division (DSD) and its customers. The ticketing system will be used by several groups within DSD, the Demographic Directorate (ADDP), and Economic Directorate (ADEP) to track work requests and approvals for internet data releases, information technology (IT) services, administrative services, and other business processes. USCB is seeking interested parties with specialized capabilities to meet the requirements as defined in this RFI and in Attachment #1: Web-Based Help Desk Ticketing System Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes applicable to this requirement are: 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services 541519 – Other Computer Related Services 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services However, industry respondents may suggest a different NAICS code that best describes the purpose of the product or service as outlined in the RFI.
