The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to award a sole source Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under GSA Contract GS-00F-349CA to Sensa Solutions, Inc., for the acquisition of Executive Recruitment Services. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date 09/01/2022 at 4:00PM ET of this notice. Point of contact is Yen Nguyen, Yen.Nguyen1@uspto.gov. The proposed task order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Sensa Solutions, Inc. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. An intent to sole source is attached. The following FAR Part 12 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (JAN 2017) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (JAN 2022) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items beside FAR Part 8.405-2.
