(ABOA): 3,731 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: 11 parking spaces must be secured/fenced. In the absence of local code, parking should also be able to accommodate 6 vehicles per 1,000 SF requested. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
