This amendment includes a replacement ownership deed. The due date is extended from 1700ET 5/27/2022 to 1700ET 6/1/2022. Quotes received after 1700ET 6/1/2022 will not be considered. 1. On the T & M King Farms, LLC acquisition we think there is a typo on one of the APNs. The summary sheet shows APN 019-130-049 but we think it should be 019-130-048. APN 019-130-049 is not owned by T & M King Farms, LLC so that would mean searching two different landowners. It appears that APN 019-130-049 is south of APN 019-130-048 and would entail doing additional APN searches. We don't think that is what NRCS wants. Please confirm that you do not want any work done on APN 019-130-049 but want work done on 019-130-048 instead. No work should be done on APN 019-130-49. There was a typo on the APN number. The correct APN number for the search is 019-130-48 as identified on the Easement Boundary Map (proposed). Please note that the proposed easement boundary also includes a search for a portion of APN 019-130-037. 2. On the Closed Zone Ranch acquisition the vesting deed provided is not the one in support of the APNs listed on the summary sheet. It has a completely different APN. Can you get a copy of the correct vesting deed? The APN numbers (017-060-001 and 017-060-019) listed on the proposed easement boundary map in the solicitation are correct. The original deed provided is not. The deed should be associated with T15N, R2W, Sect 15. The correct ownership deed is attached. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICTITATION For Title & Closing Services USDA – NRCS California PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number 12FPC321Q0027 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value for the Government. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective May 1, 2022. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices; the size standard is $12.0 million. Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance. Description of Services: The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide title and closing services in accordance with the performance work statement attached and hereby made a part of in this solicitation. Date(s) and Place(s) of Delivery and Acceptance: The performance period for this award is estimated to be June 15, 2022 – February 15, 2025. Place of performance will be throughout the state of California according to the attached performance work statement.
